Cancellation Policy
We require confirmation for all appointments. Service reservations not confirmed 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be subject to cancellation.
Credit cards will be required after multiple missed appointments without reasonable notice.
Child Policy
We love kids and are happy to serve them. For health and safety, and the relaxation of our guests, we kindly request children not accompany guests on salon or spa visits.

Privacy
During your treatment, you will remain completely covered with a sheet and blanket. Private areas remain covered during the entire service.
Reservations & Cancellations
Respectfully, we require a credit card to reserve appointments for two or more services. 24-hour notice for cancellation is required or your credit card will be charged. 24-hours notice is required for cancelling any single service appointment.
Group Reservations
Avalon SalonSpa is available for group functions. Please call for more information about how we can help you plan your SalonSpa Retreat Experience. At this time, groups are limited in capacity, call for more information.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late will interfere with your treatment time and thus decrease the therapeutic bene t for you. All reservations end at their scheduled time to promptly receive the next guest.
Refunds on Services:
We do not issue refunds on salon or spa services. We understand that sometimes small adjustments may be needed to reach total satisfaction. As a small business, we want to hear from you, and genuinely want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right.
We kindly ask that you please reach out to us within 1 week of your original service so that we can do everything we can to have you feeling and looking like your very best self.
