    As an Aveda Concept Salon we strive to provide you with a guest-based experience that enriches your spirit, mind and body. Our services are based on high touch Elemental NatureSM treatments that are personalized upon each and every visit to the spa.

    Special Notes

    Cancellation Policy

    We require confirmation for all appointments. Service reservations not confirmed 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be subject to cancellation.

    Credit cards will be required after multiple missed appointments without reasonable notice.

    Child Policy
    We love kids and are happy to serve them. For health and safety, and the relaxation of our guests, we kindly request children not accompany guests on salon or spa visits.

    North Location

    • Steam Room: Our Main Street location is pleased to offer a complimentary steam room option to spa guests. If you wish to take advantage of the steam room prior to your spa experience, we ask that you arrive minimum 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We offer a modest steam environment; you may choose to wear a provided towel or to wear a swimsuit that you bring along to your appointment. 
    • Day Spa Experience: Our Main Street location offers a true day spa environment. Spa guests enjoy a robed spa experience where a plush Avalon robe is provided and all belongings, including electronics, are securely placed in private lockers to provide you with the ultimate, stress-free, relaxing experience.

    During your treatment, you will remain completely covered with a sheet and blanket. Private areas remain covered during the entire service.

    Reservations & Cancellations
    Respectfully, we require a credit card to reserve appointments for two or more services. 24-hour notice for cancellation is required or your credit card will be charged. 24-hours notice is required for cancelling any single service appointment.

    Group Reservations
    Avalon SalonSpa is available for group functions. Please call for more information about how we can help you plan your SalonSpa Retreat Experience. At this time, groups are limited in capacity, call for more information.

    Arrival Time
    Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Arriving late will interfere with your treatment time and thus decrease the therapeutic bene t for you. All reservations end at their scheduled time to promptly receive the next guest.

    Refunds on Services:
    We do not issue refunds on salon or spa services. We understand that sometimes small adjustments may be needed to reach total satisfaction. As a small business, we want to hear from you, and genuinely want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right.

    We kindly ask that you please reach out to us within 1 week of your original service so that we can do everything we can to have you feeling and looking like your very best self.
